1. Orders

By placing an order you confirm that the name, house/flat number, size, shape, style, address, phone number and other information supplied by you is accurate.

2. Customised Products

Name plates are made to the customer's selected specifications. Once a customised order has entered production, it cannot normally be cancelled or changed. Customers are responsible for checking spelling, numbers and selected options before payment.

3. Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees. Customisation charges, delivery charges and applicable taxes, if any, are shown during checkout. Online payments are processed through Razorpay.

4. 75% Advance Production Policy

For customised skin care, a minimum 75% advance payment is required before production begins. The remaining 25% balance is payable before dispatch/delivery as communicated by Derma Glow Up. Production and delivery scheduling are subject to receipt of the required payment.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and can vary by location, courier availability, customisation complexity and circumstances outside our control. Customers must provide a complete and serviceable delivery address and reachable mobile number.

6. Intellectual Property

Website text, graphics, logos, product photography and original designs may not be copied, reproduced or commercially reused without permission.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India.
